What is the new trend for music?

It seems like things are getting more of a techno sound. I have posted a video to show what I am talking about. It sounds kinda like G6.

DEV - Bass Down Low (Explicit) ft. The Cataracs

Yes, techno sounds and beats are becoming popular again, which i think is wonderful! I love techno and trance and it seemed after the 90s and the rave kids started fading out there wasnt any new techno music being made…the new music isnt exactly techno…but it hass techno beats to it that remind me of my teen years and the music. It does seem that music is also getting less about the voice and vocals and more about the beats, electronic machines and enhancements, etc. It seems that real musical talent isnt really needed anymore…for example. Ke$ha.

Answer #2

Well I remember back in the 90’s when me and my GF “Now Wife” would hit some of the techno clubs in Seattle and would just have a blast. They where very high energy high pass atmosphere, and we loved it back then. I don’t I could even come close to keep up with it now like I was able to, but we still love hitting the clubs that through stuff like this in the mix.

PS: Ke$ha in our opinion has no talent, and her stuff kinda sucks. I can listen to her maybe once, and then I am done.

Rap always seems to be the most popular, but they are starting to become more techno sounding. I have always listened to techno but i have never really cared for lyrics. Techno is kind of like a modern classic music genre to me.

Answer #8

Techno/alternative/dance…..Scene kids are bringing up bands that play techno/alternative songs…..Examples: BrokeNCYDE, Blood On the Dance Floor, Ke$ha, Lady Gaga….ect.

Answer #9

Well I think with the new generation there will be changes in the music, but just like clothing it seems to always go full circle, the technology use to make the music or clothing may change, but it starts to all sound similar.
