use the zeno hot spot. if you dont want to spend $40 on it then you could try this... take a wash rag and put it in hot water.. then put hthe rag on your pipmles. when it starts to get cold put it back in the hot water and then back on the pimple. this works for me. the heat kills the bateria that causes pipmles. it will make that spot on your face red for a while so if you do this i woudl do it before you go to bed. or right when you wake up. but as for washes i have heard skin id it great. but i LOVE clearisal ultra. i hope this helps!
