What do you think of transgenders(are you one, know any, accept or not, etc.) ?

I think that what do is their business. If I have a friend who is a transgender- so what. It’s their personality , and a true friend shouldn’t judge you for what you believe in. Or what makes someone happy. If you want to be gay with pink hair, so be it. If you want to be a drag queen with baldness on one side, & hair on the other- so be it. It shouldn’t be our place to judge someone and the lives that they live.

I have three friends that identify as transgendered that i met while working at our local gay club. One is post-operation and the other two are pre-operation. Do i look at them differently, yes, but not in a bad way. The things they have to go through, the mental anguish that comes with feeling you are in the wrong body, and the torment they have gone through and continue to go through i wouldnt wish on my worst enemy. I look up to them more than any friends i know because they dont give up and their fearlessness is contagious. All three of them are active in causes that help transgendered and gay teens in our state, and they are amazing people. Anyone who judges them is just ignorant.
