TRACK . any tips for the big day

k… sometime this week I’m going to have a district track meet ( the last one) and I don’t want 2 let my team down , I wanna win ! lol ;P the question iz you have any tips for the big dayyy??? like what I should eat , and any kind of streches that can help me get loose before I run, etc. THNX!!! =)

I got several 1place medals before for track and that stuff 1 place in my school so I might be available to help the best thing to do before a run is not eat a lot mabe 3 hours before have a big meal but not to big if you are hungry just eat like a sneaker bar or something small drink gatorade dont drink any soft drinks ex coke sprite etc water mabe not really help full I really recomed you to drink gatorade or something like that a sport drink do not drink too much if not you are going to have problems running later… dont waist your energy before running like chase people around and running for fun just try to relax if you want to warm up you should slowly on a good pace run a lap or so dont run to fast run slow for warm up. running is mostly about abs and it helps if you dont have a stomack ake… I hope this advice helps… ( tell me how it went after words)

pasta the nite before helps, it has slow burning carbs, and just jump up and down and thats what I do before a track meet

Drink plenty of water throught the day and eat a banana before your race so you wont get a cramp.

I no its to late but if you listened to mr666 your an idiot and you shouldnt even be in track that stuff just slows you down
