Why don't I like being touched?
I’m a very touchy person but I don’t like being touched. Whenever people try to touch me I react, and if it’s a guy I cover my face/head in a protective way. I’ve always been scared that out of nowhere a guy is going to punch me. I don’t like being touched in anyway, it can be as simple as a poke, a handshake, I don’t like it. Hugs I’ll hug back but not all the way back. It’s weird, I don’t know how to explain. Is this normal? Do a lot of people feel like this?
