Touch Football

I play touch footy and I am pretty good. I just wanted to get better by sidestepping. I can side step but not very well. so does anyone have and good websites to go to or some really good advice on how to. xxily all

This is off the top of my head, but I’d suggest stepping in to the direction opposite of the way you want to sidestep first and then hop into the sidestep. So if you want to juke to the right, instead of just going right, step to your left with your left foot first and then take off to the right… this will cause your defender to bite on the opposite direction and that’s usually what makes you (the runner) look good.
