What does a torn ligament feel like?
I was preparing for my race yesterday and while doing lunges I think I might have torn some ligament in my knee. I don’t think it’s strained because I’ve done that before. This seriously hurts like a MOTHER whenever I move it in the slightest bit! What’s wrong with me!!!!!!!!! or my knee… yea that’s better
It HURTS, ur unable to walk or even bend ur knee. I have done my right knee twice. It takes forever for it to heel, and they usually want u to go to physical therapy. U will need some type of brace to put around ur knee. I wud call the doc cuz regular pain relievers really don’t work for that type of injury. Until then elevate ur leg and put ice on it regurarly
why thank you! My mother thinks that it’s nothing. well saying that whenever I say I might be injured she says it’s nothing
Welcome and it is a very serious injury. My doc told me it puts football players out of the game for up to a whole season
OH MY GOSH THIS COULD RUIN MY RUNNING CAREER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It will put u out of running for a minimum of 2 to 3 months, if u do as the doc directs u shud be fine in a few months.
