Should I take him back if he had pictures of another girl?

Me and my ex of 3 years broke up about a year ago, but we have remained close friends. Throughout this year apart he still tells me that he loves me, he just didn’t feel ready to go as far as we had gone ( we were engaged for a year and a half) Even though we have not done anything but kiss since we’ve broken up, I normally hang out with him about twice a month, normally staying the night at his friends where there is always a party. Well a few months ago, being the first one awake, I took the liberty of opening his phone, and found about 5 pics of this one girl inparticualar ( nothing gross) but her pic wasn’t on the front of his phone and he’s not the cheating type so I pretty confident they were never officialy a couple. Well, my question is we have been hanging out a lot more than normal this past month, and he’s been telling me things that make me think he wants to get back together. but I just can’t get those pictures out of my head. If he wants to get back together, am I being to much of a drama queen if I don’t take him back because of what I saw in his phone?
