Tooth Gonna Be Okay?

I have had a molar fall out on friday (youth tooth) And now its growing in but I was like told I had a cavity 3 months ago…3 days later..bla bla bla..okay well I didnt get it done because we thought he was a total lier..So now I feel slight pain when I bite down is it my tooth growing it or what? Because I also have widsom teeth growing in on each side..im going to the dentist I believe this wed will I be okay until then?

your’e fine. If the new tooth is already cresting then it is bound to be a little uncomfortable.
