How to lose weight on my thighs?

Hello, I’m 13 and I weigh 88 pounds I’m 5’5 and I am so fat on my legs, I measured around my thighs and it’s 37 cm!!! =( How do I get rid of it? Thanks

If you are 5’5” and 88lbs, you are seriously underweight and should put ON weight, not be worrying about taking it off. If you are 13, then you should embrace your body and love it. You are too young to be fretting about your body shape. Anyone who loves you should love you for you - exactly the way God made you. I am in college and I wish I had loved my body when I was 13. Your body will change over your whole life. Embrace those changes and just try to be as toned and healthy and happy as you can be and THAT is what people will see - not the “fat” you see in your own mirror, under the microscope of your own self-criticism.
