no it doesnt at all.. your nerves are on the outside of your tongue not the inside .. I didnt even flinch when I got mine done.. it hurts a lil bit afterwards .. try not to irritate it
well they are putting a needle through you’re tongue..so ya lol.. but people say it doesn’t hurt that much. only when it swells afterwards
Not for me… it just swelled for like a week. Before they pierced it, they made me gargle listerine for a minute and it sort of numbed it. I felt the needle go in, but it didn’t really hurt. It depends on how well you handle pain. =D
