Why do my toes go numb just sitting?

I sit on the floor with my feet flat, I am not twisting my legs or cutting of circulation. I wasnt “excercising” but I havnt been sitting here for long. 3 toes on my right foot went numb, the middle 3, and then about 10 min later the other side same toes went numb and the right was fine… Its like the cold numbness. Almost like I have no circulation. Any ideas of what it could be? I have no spinal injuries, I have not been checked for diabetes but I do know that I have low blood pressure. It doesnt happen often, but once every 4 months or so… Any idea what the cause could be or what could help?

Answer #1

When u sit u cud b sitting on a vein that goes to ur toes and ur cuttin the circulation

Answer #2

You may just have poor circulation in your toes….Or you are not moving them enough cutting off the blood supply….Try keeping them warm, and moving them every once in a while that may help…If it starts to happen more frequently you may wanna see a doctor….Hope This Helped In Some Way!
