Usually a person who is aking a question like that has a little bit of a dry hair prob. So I recomend to wash your hair every other day if possible and using a heat protector when straitning or blow drying your hair. Also after wards use Argan Oil on your hair. Just a drop or two, a little goes a long way. You can buy it at Sally's Beauty Supply Stores. Or if you have a little more money to spend you can get the BioSilk Serum but Argan Oil is more affordable.
I have done the mayonaise thing, it works, however it makes your hair really greasy and its hard to get out. I use Pantene Pro- V Restoratives, you can get it at Wal mart for 4 bucks. Use it once a week.
What type of hair do you have? I have straight hair and find that a cheap shampoo and conditioner works well.
I know some people like Tresemme shampoo and conditioner (for dryer and more curly hair)
i know its gross and wierd but cover your head in MAYONAISE leave it on as long as you can stand it then your hair will be softer than every in your life
I LOVE DOVE INTENSIVE REPAIR CONDITIONER it does wonders even on really messed up hair like mine. and make sure you trim your ends every other week!
maybe not every other week unless you want your hair to get gradually shorter and shorter! every six weeks is what is reccomended by hiardressers!
Wash your hair the least amount of times possible each week, shampoo causes dryness. Use an amazing deep conditioning treatment.
don't use shampoo daily, don't die them, don't use too much hair spray. use conditioner and oiling every week.
use a serum and i natural bristel hair brush! and conditioner :) x
Try tresemme, I know that it worked brilliantly for my friend.
I have long hair that is messy wavy. :)
Thanks everybody for the answers! :D
