time for body change for swimsuit season

hey people… ok I want to change my body image… I want the fit tight body because I want to look and feel good in a bathing suit… so please anyone who has tips please tell me…

  • ride your bike till your thighs burn
  • don’t eat any junk food
  • do some sit ups everyday for as long as you feel you need
  • some squats would help too
