Here's what you get on a sleeping schedule if you have work/school you have to mange that into the schedule. Make sure you get at least 8 hours of sleep or more. And staying up playing games til 2am in morning saying you'll sleep it off afterwards yeah it doesnt work that way thats what "The Doctors" said.
Lol wash your face morning and night. Get 8 hours of sleep a day and you should be even more beautiful!
