What are your thoughts on shaving your arms?

I envisioned someone shaving their arms, then looking like a werewolf a week later.

My answer; Not at all, don’t shave them.

I personally dont like to. It grows back thicker and darker just like your legs, but i do rarely. Its really not nessary to do if its not to noticble but I know alot of girls who do. It also grows back a bit faster every few times you do.

i think if you have really dark hair on your arms and alot of it sure why not. its a myth that it grows back thicker and darker so no harm no foul right? lol. i’ll be honest i have kinda hairy arms but its platinum blonde so it looks like i don’t have any hair at all.

I personally find it a little gross. When the hair starts growing back, they would be little stubs & prickly. I don’t know.. I’d use nair or get my arms waxed before shaving.

i would if you have lots of hair but i know some girls that have done that and they love it i guess it depends if you have lots of hair if its not so noticiable my opion dont do it

I knew a girl that use to do that, so I thought mmm I hate hair so I shoudl do it to, I only did it 3 times, and then my mom told me not to… I was young. But my hair did come back a bit darker and longer. You don’t want to shave your arm hair!

uhm mainly everybody is different, i shave my arms, i cant stand the blonde hairs i have on my arm. but my hair doesnt grow darker or thicker, it grows back to how it use to be after a couple of weeks when i dont shave. i mean some people are different.. mainly alot of people when they shave there arms they grow back darker and thicker. but if your willing to maintain it then do it.

I shaave my arms annd idk I llike it I guess becausee it feels smooth(x buut it is a hassle having to shave EVERDAY-__- but on arm hair its different for certain ppl on how it grows back..some of my friends hair have actually grown back soft and less so they don’t even NEED to shave anymore wheras others are thicker n darker. It really jus depends on whether u have the patience to shave them regularly

I wouldn’t. I’d rather wax it that way it comes back thinner eventually.

Another option is to bleach the hair on your arms. A dark haired woman I dated did this. Creams are available to lighten arm hair.

I don’t like the idea. To much work to do it everyday.. unless you are just THAT self-cousious about your arm hair that you want it gone that much. Which then waxing or hair removal creams would be much easier.
