Why does he pull away the more affection I give?

I like this boy… and the first day we met I didn’t even know his name and there were major chemicals but the next day rumors got around that we were dating and he thinks I started them so him and his friends picked on me I DID ask him out several times but he said no 1 time I asked my friend to ask him when there wasn’t anyone around she said “Sasha really loves you. Why can’t you go out with her?” and he said “I can’t. I just can’t.” My friend thinks it was because of his little pals and what they think or it’s because he still hadn’t gotten over Kaylinn who he dated a year ago and had moved to Geogia already. I love this boy. I LOVE HIM MORE THAN ANYTHING. If I knew he was breaking big rules I wouldn’t tell anyone and he said he’s going to a different school in the same district. If he goes I GO WITH HIM. He used to be sweet like he would say “Your a great singer!” or “You’re a witch! No human female can draw that well!”but now he just finds gross jokes thati would laugh at just to make him happy Then I asked my new friend to ask him out for me and he said I was ugly. I want to date him because Kaylinn said he was protective and affectionate and attentive and romantic I got a complete make over I dyed my hair pink! for him and he insulted it. One day we were watching a movie in english class and I offered him my hand and he said no. just no. he didnt ignore me afterwards. I told my goth friend that I loved him and thn later he asks her to a dance and she says yes! I want to get a boyfriendto show him that I don’t like him cause here’s the deal : The more I show I like him the more he pushes me away so… how do I get boyfriend?
