who thinks electric guitar is better than acoustic or vice versa?

I like the way acoustic sounds but I like playing on electric. The best was my friends guitar that was actually an electric converted into acoustic. I liked it because it was smaller and made it easier to play.

I think everybody should learn on an acoustic as an electric is easy to cover up mistakes and you will end up as a slobby player. Personally I also like acoustics better.

im learning acoustic now and i like the sound but although im going to buy both both, i would probably spend more time on the electric. the sound of acoustic is nice but the electric seems better to me. electro-acoustic seems really cool as well, i definitely am going to buy one of those =)

i think that electric guitar sounds better. i currently play acoustic guitar but i kinda wanna start electric guitar.
