If she wants to apply, she should apply. But she’ll definitely need to be confident. I mean this in the least offensive way possible, but there’s bound to be someone who doesn’t like her looks and someone who does like her looks. If she never tries because of her lack of confidence, her chances of success are minimal. She should apply if that’s what she really wants. (:
