Who thinks Christmas is just for kids, I mean like the gifts part of it?

Answer #1

I think gifts are nice for everybody. They make everyone smile and feel good! Though, I do believe they are not mandatory for adults or even children. If we need gifts to enjoy the holidays we are really mssing the whole meaning of it.

Answer #2

Christmas ?

Baah Humbug,

It is all hyped up by the retail industry, and they cynically buy in huge stocks of tat and rubbish to sell at inflated prices just to make a huge profit at our expense.

Answer #3

That’s a good question. My brother, whom is 13, is all about the gifts for christmas, which is expected, but it’s really not even about that. I just appreciate having all of my family together, and getting along more than the excitment of the gifts.

Answer #4

I know that Christmas is super commercial, but it doesn’t have to be. I think the gifts are great for kids, but so are lights and trees and music. Honestly, my family has never gone over-the-top on the gifts. We just like spending a whole day baking cookies with Christmas music in the background. When I was little, we cared about all of it-the way the tree looks at night, the snow, driving around to see other decorations…and my parents never complained about spending extra time with the family :) I think Christmas can be a good time of year for anyone who wants it to be.

Answer #5
