Thinking about getting an LG KS360 but a bit unsure

Okay you may have the phone now, but if you are going to tell your friends to get one then go ahead. But in my eyes, ever since I first purchased this phone back in April of this year, I have had repeated problems with it, and have been very dissapointed by both the phone itself, and the fact that I was ripped off by the carphone warehouse, where I made the purchase. From what I have witnessed, first off the phone has a rubbish battery life, Not to mention how it keeps ‘turning itself off’, which is especially annoying when you are trying to text someone or do something. It ocassionally also, when in view of the keyboard, has lines appear across the screen, or freezes completely. I have had to switch the phone on and off continuous times so far today, and everytime I have tried to type a text message it has turned off, from full charge. This is not acceptable. I am thoroughly appalled, and as it stands am now about to try and contact LG to complain about this.

All the power to you, I hope you do not have as much trouble with yours as I did with mine,
