Is it bad to thin my hair a lot?

I have hair cutting and thinning scissors. so if i notice my hair is thick, or if im bored i thin my hair. is this bad for my hair? if you need to know more, ask.?

Yes don’t do it, go to a professional, u shudnt get it done to often

Well I don’t see something bad with it to tell you the truth as long as you do it right? Plus it will grow back sooner or latter. If it does not look so good, and your just being careless, maybe you can have a professional do it for you, just so you can have it be done good. But if you are doing it the right way and it looks good, I don’t see the problem with it.

I get mine thinned (I have way too much hair), so far so good. There’s not much you can really do to permanently destroy hair. I mean, it just grows back right? (Although my hair grows at almost 2 inches a month, which is a lot, so I generally don’t worry too much about destroying it).
