lots of walking. its low impact. it is not strenuous on your thighs. I do not recommend any other kind of exercise that isolates the thigh muscles, as it can cause them to become too strong and bulk up with muscle. walking will help burn calories evenly on your body as well so you are not top heavy and skinny legs… not that you are top heavy, just an example.

About the best way to slim your thighs is with exercise and a good diet. You can go to a gym and they will help you with the right plan for you for what your goals are.

If you don’t want to go to a gym or can’t afford it, you can always do research on the Internet by going to google.com and typing in something like ‘ slim thighs exercise’.

It worked for me.
