My dogs keep getting stuck

okay so I recently just got a female chihuahua shes a little bit older id say around 5-6 years and I’ve already have a 4 yr old male min pin. in the begginng he was scared of her and avoided her but now he wont leave her alone! I seperate them into different rooms and he just keeps on crying and crying. once I put them together he starts to hump her and eventually they are stuck. it happens about 2-3 times a day and I cant control this because my min pin is so aggressive and snaps at me. im not sure what to do I think my only choice is to get rid of her :( can someone help me with some good advice I love her but I dont want her to get hurt!!

Is she in full heat? If not there is the possibility she will not get pregnant, but if you don’t get those dogs separated you are having pups.

You have to get control of the male. You can’t let him snap at you. Muzzle or crate him and call your vet for an appointment to neuter. It in not acceptable to ever let you dog snap or bite you. This has to be addressed with action, you can not let him win this one. DO no let him get his way

They should have already both been spayed and neutered. If your animals are pets you should have already did this.

You can also contact the Vet’s office and get the shot to abort the possibility of pups. But if you don’t act right away and I don’t think you will? Puppies is what you will have.

Min Pin Chihuahua. UGH! What a barking nervous puppy those will be. You better handle those puppies a lot.

if she just got preggy you can still spay her. you’ll have a little puppy abortion which is sad… but still better than bringing more puppies into the world. especially if the daddy is a little aggressive… the puppies could lean toward the aggressive side too.

food for thought.

You got puppies coming, so you’d better start reading up on whelping dogs…might as well read up on dogs in general, if your Min Pin is snapping at you…that’s a BIG no no!!

THEN…once she’s had the pups, (and you’ve found good homes them)…take BOTH dogs in and get them fixed!! If you can only afford to do one at a time, do your female first…but DO get them done!!

Answer #4

neuter your min-pin and spay the chihuahua and they will stop mating. then they can be great friends and better pets.

Answer #5

It’s not fair on the dogs if you seperate them when they wont to be together, it’s like you loving a boy and your mum and dad say you two can’t be together. Let them have a relationship for a few days without you getting involved,it could be for the best if puppies come along but if you don’t want that I would consult your local vet and ask her for advice.

Answer #6

Neuter Neuter Neuter.
