Yes rosealyn (lovely name btw) ...life can get to be dull and routine. And that is ok, for the most part. But every now and then I like to shake it up a little. Like maybe I will take a different route to work in the morning, or maybe instead of the same old cup of coffee...I do something insane like buy a Starbucks coffee instead. Maybe I don 't feel like my usual diner tonight, so I'll have chips and dip with carrot sticks. Maybe I won't shower and shave tonight and go to work looking like my icon pic. tomorrow. Always got yer options, baby ...options equals freedom from the chains of routine.
You need to be more specific here dear, what exactly do you want to change. Like anything though if you want things to change and want things to be different you have to take action and start with yourself. Things will never change if you just sit around and complain...you have to actually make changes.
try joining some new clubs or groups, hang out with different people, going to a different school, moving to a new city, giving yourself a make over etc. etc
