Do you mean excstacy..? If so, then yes it will as it is a drug and please dont take it. My friend died from that crap.

Extenz is just a natural male enhancment drug. From what I understand on how those drugs work. It works as a natural remedy, no different then taking echineaca for a cold. It may show something in your blood, but nothing like a drug, or performance enhancer (steroids, creatine, etc.)
