How do I get The Pill?

ok… I’m 16, and I’ve been with my boyfriend for over a year. We’ve already had sex, and we do use a condom, but there are those occasional times when we don’t. I hate being worried about being pregnant. I want to go on the pill, just incase we have those spontanious moments, but I don’t know if I’m old enough, if I have to tell my parents(I CAN NOT do that!) and where I can get it, can you please help me?

Go to the doctors and they will prescribe it to you without your parents consent unless you have family history illness of certain illness’ but they will explain that all to you. You may have to pay as you are 16 but you may not. Hope this helped x

I’m pretty sure you don’t need your parents consent, so just go to your doctor, and tell her/him you want to go on birth control.

Depending on where you are, and what kind of pill you get, it could get expensive.

u can go to and clinique their are teen centers that can even help with the closts im in canada so they pay most of it and to get the pill it costs $8 thats pretty cheep

once u turn 14 your parent dont have to go with u to the doctors for the pill
