The most effective diet?

What is the heathiest diet someone can go on. Don’t care if it’s easy to stick to. Just want to know

kristen84 is right the term dieting should not be used, you should be changing your life style. with that I would suggest you trying the weight watchers. you eat all your own food you just do it in moderation. it is based on a point system you get the number of points based on your age height weight and more, say your poimts are a 24 you would look in a book to see how much a choco , bar is say it is 5 points and a carrot is 0 you would go for the carrot since you only have 24 points a day you would not waste it on a choco bar.. ,my frien did this deit and lost 8 pounds the first week and about 4 pounds each week following , rember the first week is always the best so dont get discouraged

if this is not good, ways to loose weight are..

  • dont eat past nine you dont do a lot of moving so have no weight to drop that weight. -dont eat chips or pop’
  • try and stay active
  • talk to your doctor

DIETS DONT WORK. you gotta change your eating and exercising habbits for good. you can eat whatever you want as long as its in moderation. keep a journal of everything you eat ( it will help you target what foods you need to cut down on) and how much you exercise. start of with 20 min of heavy exercising a 3 times a week and slowly work your way up to exercising everyday. the first week is always the hardest if you can make it past the first week, you’ll be fine. a glass of cold water in the morning before eating will boost your metabolism and burn calories. always drink a big cup of water before each meal. exercise before breakfeast, it keeps metabolism high helping to burn calories for the whole day! also getting a good nights rest helps lose weight.

I personally think the best diet is the 1200 calorie diet.
