Answer #3

I’ve had the same for years! It comes and goes! I’ve no idea what it is, but when I’ve got it I can’t lie down, can’t move very much, can’t breathe in or out without being in excrutiating pain. It usually goes within a few hours but lately it’s been lasting days. I’ve been told it’s probably trapped wind, so I sit down, relax every single muscle in my body, breathe in as far as I can until it hurts, then the same breathing out, and keep doing that 3 or 4 times, I then take some babies gripe water and have a sip of something fizzy everynow and then to try and move it. Sometimes this works, sometimes it doesn’t. What I do know is panicking makes it worse! So just try to keep calm when it happens. That’s if it’s the same as what I get anyway, but hey I suppose it wont hurt to try! Hope it gets sorted!
