What do I do to make my teeth straight after I haven't worn my retainer in a few days?

Oh well idk maybe… START WEARING IT. My mom had braces when she was kid and had perfectly straight teeth.. She got tired of wearing retainers and her teeth got all crooked again.

painfully. If your done with with your braces and you messed your teeth up again… then you may have to wear braces again. I dont think not wearing a retainer a few days will mess your teeth back up, but im not sure.

Yeah, just force it back in. I doubt they would’ve moved all that much after just a couple of days and if they have then you either weren’t ready to make the transition to a retainer yet or you’re still in the stage of wearing it all day every day and you MUST keep to it. This comes from experience - the only thing you can do is put it back in, and ASAP. If they’ve really moved a significant amount then it should hurt after it’s been in for a couple’a hours and when you take it out. Wear it every night - minimum - for about a week and you’ll definitely see an improvement.

I have retainers now. I am 13 and sometimes when I dont wear them, My front bottom row teeth go back to there original state. Make sure you wear them. Thats all I can say.
