Teens generally gain/lose weight because their hormones like testosterone and estrogen are ever changing in these years. Testosterone helps the male's anabolic effect when he works out. Estrogen acts the same way. Once you're an adult, your body begins to regulate these levels so it becomes a little harder to maintain your weight. As you hit even older, your testosterone levels in the male drops even lower so then weight is really hard to build up. This is why bodybuilders take so many anabolic supplements because their level isn't high enough to achieve the result they want.
Yes, the older you get the lower your metabolism gets and its harder to loose weight. You have a higer metabolism when your younger so losing weight is usually easy when you try too.
teens may be lazyer but there bodys work faster then grownups so we tend to loose more waight and im not lazy i do karate and work out and im a chick restler and i play softball
yes teens go inbetween waights much easer then grownups we are smaller and not as lazy so we tend to gane and loose waight faster
