Tampons suck
Hey! I have had my period for 2 years now and I want to start using tampons but whenever I use one I feel like its gunna fall out but I cant get it any further in…what could this mean and what can I do? Im a swimmer and I dont want my period running my life and telling me when I can and cant swim.
actually, you likely don’t need a larger tampon, you just need to get it in further. If its not in far enough then it will feel like its falling out. Maybe try the ones with the round plastic applicators, they slide in easier until you get use to how far it has to go in. If you are dry it will be hard to get it in far enough if its a cardboard applicator. You could even try putting a bit of water on the plastic with your finger before you insert it. Push it in as far as you can before you press the plunger.
