What happens if you wear a tampon too long?
is it dangerous to leave in a tampon for like, 7 hours, knowing nothing is going to come out in it? or putting in 3 tampons in 2 days, knowing nothing will come out? I won’t get TSS, will I? thx
okay that helped alot i’m not going to wear them as often anymore i just don’t know sometimes if i’m anything is going to come out or not thanks
It is a risk… because it holds bacteria in the vagina for a long period of time… and the bacteria grows and can cause an infection or lead to death(if it becomes too toxic).
It is recommended that you change tampons every 4 hrs or less. (even though the boxes say 4-8hrs) And use pads at night to sleep.
Before clothing and feminine products were invented… the menstral flow just …well came out and fell to the ground how other mammals do.
Yes definetly change… my friend got a bacteria infection from that and it isnt worth it.
