Is it okay to talk to a teacher about personal problems?

I know I have to be careful with what I say because she’ll have to report serious things. But it’s nothing too serious, I trust her but I don’t want to make her uncomfortable.

If she’s one of those teachers people can go to for anything then I think it’s fine. Usually when a teacher knows something is wrong they’ll tell you if you ever need anything you can go to them.

Yes of course. As long as she’s someone you trust and can confide in I don’t see the problem. Counselors are also good, and your best friend’s parents or any other trusted adult.

I think it’s ok because my dad is dying and i talk to my favorite teacher and she help’s me through it, yes it is uncomfortable at first but if she’s someone you respect you will just have to stick through.

I’ve talked to 2 of my teachers about my problems.. Nothing to personal, but I’ve mentioned stuff about boys and my anger management problems.. They kinda help.. but sometimes, they kinda make things worse.. Like, they’ll tell your parents about it or something.. but if you really trust a teacher, then go for it!
