How to look better in pictures?
hello. I always take photos of myself but there always ugly like. I look nice in the mirror and my skin looks nice and soft and tha and my eyes look sparkly and lush and my hair looks smooth and like gawjus( not being big headed but it does !)n then when I take the photo I look all funny cause my freackles come out more and my hair looks all frizzy and stuff and I look ryt ugly :(!! any ideas how too lok beta in my photos x?
The lighting is very important. Flash on or off can make a big difference. Try different types of lighting (natural, fluorescent, bright, dim, flash on, flash off, etc.) and figure out which you look best in. Freckles are cute. And frizzy hair can be fixed by rubbing a dime sized amount of gel in your palms and just quickly smoothing over your hair. Be careful not to apply too much as that will result in greasy looking hair. Just keep trying different positions and lighting effects, as well as different places. Something might just work :].

do it in natural light against a color that compliments your skintone. cameras with flash makes your skin look greasy. have a friend take the pic and ask for their honest opinion before judging urself.
OUTDOORS always works, even agaist just a plain wall, so the attention is on your face, and the light!
maybe try taking a photo with the flash off?
