Who else takes offense to the fact that the darkmagic in Sherlock Holmes is in Hebrew?

What?? Seriously?!?!? Thats SO not cool. Basically I can kind of figure that though. You know the guy who wrote Sherlock Holmes, Arthur Connan Doyle? WELL, he just so happened to be friends with the magician Harry Houdini (whom is Jewish and I am related to). Anyways, when Houdini’s mom passed away, Doyle offered to do a type of.. seance.. for him to communicate with his mother who passed away. While Doyle believed in this type of thing, Houdini was alright with it, so he (wanting to communicate with his beloved mother of course) said yes. HOWEVER, when Doyle provided Houdini with a letter “from his deceased mother”, Houdini was furious. While this letter was written in perfect grammatical English, Houdini’s mother could barely SPEAK English, let alone write it. As you can figure out, Houdini claiming Doyle’s work a scam pretty much ended that Friendship.
