  There really isn't too much to do at 13, though, you will be a better, more appreciative, and more humble person when you grow up. Don't be upset at your mom about it. Believe it or not, she's doing YOU a favor.

  Here are some ideas:

  1. Ask your mom if you can do something at her work place.
  2. Wash cars
  3. Maintain neighbor's yards
  4. Walk neighbor's dogs
  5. Become a dog poop cleaner (I'm totally NOT joking; I'd pay someone to do it)
  6. Tell your mom you'll garage sale all of her junk and give her 20% of it.
  7. Bake sales (I'd buy fresh baked goods from neighborhood kids)

  You can do a mixture of things to keep you busy. Just make some flyers and post it around the neighborhood!

  Maybe at a local shop? You may not be able to actually WORK in the shop, but you could for example fold clothes or stuff.

  Or at some office-you could be the "paper/coffee boy" (or girl). Then you'd have to make coffee for them, bring papers around, really simple stuff.

  Thats all I got for now! Its pretty tough getting a job when you're only 13. When I was 13/14 I was working at a daycare centre. It was pretty fun. BUT-I'm actually good with kids, so its different for me. Anyway, good luck!
