Maybe what you should do if find out something that she’s interested in and start talking to her about it.. Get to know her first, ask her to acompany you for an ice cream. Don’t go overboard and ask her on a date so soon. Have lunch together talk about yourself let her know that you’re interested in her and become good friends before anything else… It works better that way. Have fun! A big thing, is NOTICE THE LITTLE THINGS. I even wrote it in caps. From noticing a nice outfit she wore, to noticing she’s feeling down today, to remembering that she took a big test a while ago and you should ask how it went.
