I spent $200 on a bra 5 months ago only to find it is already getting too small. Doctors won't look at me for a reduction for another 4 years minimum. And before you say lose weight I have lost 30lbs in the past 5 months and they have still gotten bigger. Is there anything out there short of surgery that can help?
How old are you, if you don't mind me asking?
If you have to spend so much money on bras, than something needs to be done. If you are considered overweight, I assume the best way, or at least, what you can do as of now is to continue losing weight as you have been, staying active. Playing Wii--holy crap, that can be a work out :)
Otherwise, I have nothing to tell you besides best of luck--I'm sorry. I'm still in A
Unfortunantly no, as they all involve damaging your health, and good health is one of the most important things you have, so its far from worth it. Nothing safe can stunt growth, your body just develops as it naturally does. Once your 18 consider breast reduction but untill then don't do anything unsafe, there are a lot of minimizer bras available that can help make them appear smaller
I think you will be okay, your 18 so they will probably stop growing soon. Losing weight is the only other realistic option. I lost a lot of weighta few months ago and went down a bra size.
I am 18 and most doctors won't look a me until I am 22 which is when breasts are usually done growing. I am not considered overweight but I am not exactly tiny
sorry my browser refreshed after I sent the first one and didn't show up for me at first so I rephrased it but I guess they both went through...
I am 18 and in fact I am not overweight though this does seem like a problem I would be having if I was.
