During your immigration process, you can apply for a student visa. usually it expires withing 6 months but if you insist that you want to finish your school year in that country, you can apply for an extended student visa (probably another six months). After your extended time has ran out, you could apply for residency (if you have learned that language, this case it is English). They could give you English exams to see if you have learned English and if you qualify to stay in the USA to go to school. If you show the immigration or the government that you are willing to graduate (have a diploma) and go to college in the USA, they might just let you stay. I know this because I know a person who lives legally in the USA just because he succeeded with his school work. (He received a diploma and passed a test showing he knows the English language). He now goes to college here in the USA. I hope this helps and if you do it right and ask for more advise from immigration they could probably give you an education here in the United States. I hope this helps.
