I gained ten pounds in one week and I didnt do anything differnet But I was really stressed with having a huge project due everyday this week is it possible that I gained weight from stress even tho I didn’t eat anything differnt?

When you gain stress you don’t even realize if you eat more. With a bit of exercise you’ll be fine. :P School causes a lot of stress, trust me, I might have Grey hair before I’m 21 XD
