Ok, #1 if you are just wanting your hair to be soft, there are many of different ways to fixing it. My hair was horrible just like yours until I starting using the shampoo that I use. What kind of Shampoo do you use? I use Garnier Fructis. There are many different varieties of these shampoos and you can get them at Wal-mart! i use The length and strength shampoo and the sleek and shine conditioner to get the best of both worlds! LOL Then there is the deep conditioner that does wonders to your hair! Once you start using this system you never want to use anything else! If you get your hair highlighted and it is done right, then yes, blonde streaks in your hair would look wonderful! If you have never done it yourself, make sure you go to a salon a get it done, or go to someone who knows what they are doing. Getting your hair cut diagonally on both sides is not considered layering. Layering is when you get Your hair cut in different lengths all the way around your hair. Like this girl.
