Strange bleeding problem?
I have been on my current birth control pill for about 4 months now. In the last 2 weeks I have had very light bleeding sometimes bright red, sometimes very dark. I also had lower back pain and some cramping but that only lasted a couple days. I would stop bleeding for a day then came back. I took preg test and it was negative when all this first started happening; negative. I’ve miscarried before, similar symptoms but not the same, and I don’t really think it’s the birth control or an infection of some kind cause I don’t have any symptoms. I don’t have the money to go to the doctor for all the tests and stuff, so does anyone have an idea?? I’m taking Sprintec which I think is horrible stuff but it’s the cheapest. I also have two small children. The miscarriage in between the two if that matters.
well, its seems like it can be the birth control. just give your reg. obgyn a call and tell them whats going on and to see if it is normnal. you dont always have to go to the doctor to get answers or to ease your mind.
Is it just spotting or is it heavier bleeding?
The only things I can think of is - have you missed a pill or two and made them up by taking 2 at once? Sometimes that can cause break through bleeding. A Chemical pregnancy could also be the problem - it’s a miscarriage, but very early on, and most women dont even know they are pregnant, they just think they are having a normal period.
If you dont have the money for a doctor, why not to go a woman’s clinic or free health clinic to be sure.
