hmm.. well I don’t know if this well help much but I do know that if you shower with hot water often your hair tends to fall a lot bc of the hottness..also if you put on conditioner.. heres a tip.. when you apply it apply from half way of your hair and down..no where near the roots.. bc conditioner softens your hair and for some odd reason it makes it fall out bunches!! so yea..I hope I helped some.. and dont worry my advice is 100 true! (my aunt is a hair dresser and knows these things and im studying for it so yea..I knowz..) :)
