I get bloated when im about to get my period and sometimes during...I take probiotics and it kinda of helps...what could i do other than that?
Stay away from salts, they make you retain water which causes bloatation. Eat more slowly. As well, eating fibers help you move your intestines more frequently. Other than that, like Twiddle Muffin, midol targets period symptoms.
