What, if anything, can I do to stop night sweats from being in menopause?

Answer #1

ask ur doctor on that

Answer #2

Hmm, I would first schedule an appointment with your obgyn & find out if in fact you are menopausal or if it is just a dream you may have had. I know I wake up in a sweat sometimes, usually from some odd nightmare I may hv had just cant seem to remember when I wake up!

If in fact you are, they may have some way to put you on some hormone to balance it so you dont have to go through all of those hot flashes & all the rest of the symptoms that come with it. It can prolong your regular cycle balance as well!

Hope this helps.

Answer #3

Well it wudnt do any good to ask my doc if I’m in menopause because he is the one who put me thr with a Lupron shot, we r tryin to get rid of my endometriosis and we thought this shot may help. A tube of yam cream next to the bed helps a lot. I had to go through a period of time where I could not afford the patch I’m used to wearing and I could not believe how quickly the yam cream helped me.
