Your probably just going through a phase honestly. Give it time and you might end up falling in love with your wife again. And your step daughter is just something you need to leave out of the problem. Your probably wanting a younger version of your wife anyway

This might sound a little bit harsh, but I think you should try to get over your step daughter. I don’t know either of you and I don’t have a step dad, but if I did even if him and my mom were no longer together I would find it pretty weird and kind of disgusting if my step dad said he was in love with me. Plus it would probably rt her relationship with her mother if the two of you were together. Especially if you have been with her mother for a long time and she lives with you. But if you are really in love with her and you don’t think she is going to be totally weirded out then you should do what your heart says, but I would think about how it’s going to affect everyone around you too.
