How to get started planning a novel?

I have no joke like 17 stories that were supposed to be series of novels that i never finished because i never had the right planning or i just got too bored for them

Maybe you want to just start making up short descriptions, in like one paragraph - no more than one page - about what will happen in every chapter and every part of your novel. A summary, kind of. So you have the story pinned down and you have an overview about what you want to write. In that state, you can easily track down and re-arrange your story-lines. Or add and remove any ideas.

And then you start making the real text.
