Getting rid of spots

I’ve got bad spots, im really enbarressed about them could you give me some sigestion please ?

Apparently, before you go to bed put toothpaste on it and in the morning it goes away, but I don’t know if it’s true :S

Wash your face with sour milk. Lactic acid will provide gentle peeling effect without irrtating or drying your skin. Lemon juice is a time proven freckle fighting remedy. It is not necessary to rub your skin with a piece of lemon. Applying the juice with your fingers will do the job. Fruit and vegetable masks (apricots, strawberries, cucumbers, red currant). Sour cream mask . Do not wash this mask off completely, just remove gently with facial tissue, then apply a moisturizer. For oily skin - use lemon juice before applying the mask. Natural parsley juice (or parsley infusion) mixed with equal amounts of lemon juice, orange juice, and red currant juice under your favorite cream will help you

buy some cotton wool pads(about a quid from local savers or chemist) and buy clearasil ultra(blue see through bottle with blue cap,its £1.20)…wash your face as usual…dry it off…leave it for about half hour or so ..then dab some clearasil onto cotton wool and rub into face all over ..leave it to dry over night it soaks up pretty quick…youll see results in no time at all and plus it gives your skin a nice clean glow :)
