Are sports bra’s really for preventing your boobs from getting saggy,or is it for preventing them from becoming smaller? Or both?

they supoort you when playing sorts so they dont go everywhere when your running it depewnds how much runnin you do x if you do football , extreme runnig then you need number 4 :)

they dont make them smaller, whoever said that is an idiot they help support them if there big or when your exerscising so they dont bounce around all over the place, which heklps them sag earlier so theyll only help prevent sagging if you exerscise a lot or if there big

well, I was reading SHAPE magazine and they said if you qare that subconscience about sagging boobs you can always sleep in a sports bra, never a bra… WOOPS, DONE THAT LOTS!

Its for none of them lol its for more people who need a comfy bra without the under wire. I have worn them all my life and im 24 130 lbs with 40DD bra size and they saggy becuase of the size not what bra I worn
